Lost your progress?

Did you recently create an upjers account? If so, just go to the game settings in the fresh account and use the "Log into upjers account" with the username and password you created the account with!

No upjers account? We might be able to restore your progress for you. To do that, we'd need the support ID of your original account, and the support ID of the newly created account you wind up in.
Because of technical reasons it is required that you play this new account until you have reached level 3, before an account switch can be executed.
If you can’t remember your support ID, please provide as much other information as you can (Zoo2 user name, level, club name, friends’ names, GPA number in case of a google play payment).
