Scimitar Oryx Quest FAQ
The quest "Lower your Weapon!" includes two bits that frequently cause a bit of confusion:
- Savanna Watering Hole: Unlike many quests that ask you to place a certain item, this quest requires you have one more savanna watering hole in your Kujali Park than you did before. Replacing an existing watering hole with a new one will not work, as you will still have the same amount of watering holes.
- Two Star Food: Two Star Food is the middle bucket that costs Coins. For the quest to count feedings, they need to be happening in the Kujali Park and the animal actually need to be hungry - that means their food timer needs to be at 0. If you fill a trough with the two star food, the feeding will only count if the animals' hunger timer ticks down to 0 and they feed themselves. Simply playing their feeding animation (which they do sporadically) will not count.
⚠️Zookeepers feed animals and fill troughs with one star food; if you have active zookeepers in the Kujali Park, they may be hindering your progress.

Dry Grass Enclosure Ground (Rocky Desert) from Season Pass
The Dry Grass Enclosure Ground (Rocky Desert) is an enclosure ground for Rocky Desert enclosures.
You will only see it when you use the palette button on a Rocky Desert enclosure in the Terrarium House. The Terrarium House can be unlocked at level 30+. If you didn't have it at the time of collecting your reward, your reward will still be waiting for you there!

If your account is linked to an upjers account, so you can simply use the "Log in with upjers account" option in the game settings to log back into your account.
Enter your upjers username (this is not necessarily the game you use in the game! See if you can find a confirmation e-mail with your upjers username) and password you created the account with, confirm, and you should be good to go.
Note: Both username and password are case-sensitive! If you mistype either of them, you'll get the message that the account couldn't be found. Make sure your device isn't autocaptializing or adding spaces!

⤵️ No upjers Account?
If you still have access to your account, you can simply use the "Create upjers Account" button to create an upjers account in the game settings of your old account. Then simply log in on your new account as described above.
No access to your account?
No need to worry, we can still help, provided we can find your old account. We will need your old support ID and the support ID of the new account on your new device. You'll need to play until at least level 3.
Don't know your support ID? We might be able to find it with the following information:
- Your player name
- Your level
- Your club's name
- Any of your friends' names (the more unique, the better!)
- If you've made a purchase via the Google Play Store, any transaction numbers These can be found in the confirmation e-mails for the purchases or in the Google Payments Center - they would look something like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345
